Yeah. In the past 10-15 years, my hometown has something like two state championships and two state runner-up appearances. Cool stuff, but nothing I get overly excited about. I'm friends with people from my hometown and none of us could give a fuck how our high school is doing. It's completely meaningless unless you're in high school.
