True but espn almost immediately was talking about the two. That they thought they had seen the dunk of the year the night before. Espn like said, we have breaking news, we have to show this play, after the griffin dunk.
And yes other athletes were tweeting about it too. Espn also showed bunches of tweets. Not just lebrons. I have no idea why this is such a big deal.
I think Perkins is acting like a baby.

He also said that elite players don't get excited about plays like that. Why not? They are all fans of the game and watch highlights on Sportscenter or watch games when they aren't playing or watch TNT. Maybe Perkins doesn't because he perpetually looks like someone pissed and shit in his Cheerios, but he is in the minority for sure. Actually, he doesn't belong in the conversation because he isn't elite.
