Yes, and so does every NFL team that doesn't sell out games. Carolina, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Oakland, Arizona, Cincinnati, Miami, Buffalo, St. Louis and I'm pretty sure others have all had blackouts in the last few years.

Does anybody know when the Browns had their last blackout, before Art Modell was a piece of shit. It's hard to really count the 1995 blackout?

SPorts talk on WLW was talking about the over/under that vegas had on the bengals before the season. It was like in August and it was like 7.5 or 8 wins. The host was going nuts that that is the safest bet in sports.

Vegas usually gets it right. They're not in the business to lose money.

That is for sure.....but most times when I see a line, or an over/under I am a bit wishy-washy on what side i would take and RAREly does something seem like it would be a no brainer.
