If the Browns don't improve next year, Shurmur is gone. Plain and simple. You don't need to come in and take the team to the playoffs right away as a new coach with a shitty team, but you sure as hell have to improve the team. If you're so football retarded you can't pass the ball in that situation, you shouldn't be coaching an NFL team. I really hate getting a new coach after new coach. The franchise needs some stability. The only reason I want to keep him is the embarrassment of immediately firing a coach after one year.
