You are taking your hints too far. He was showing the difference in the countries because there are people who would be happy if Obama died. At no point did he say he wanted Obama dead.

Actually, I would imagine you would have scores of the "Occupy Wall Street" type crowd (you know the White Guilt people) out in the streets crying just like the ladies in the first pic. NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN the New York Times, etc. would be calling it the saddest day in American History.
