Kent Roosevelt's Ryan Anderson is a finalist.
Earlier this year, Anderson was a nationally ranked offensive guard with offers from several colleges. Now he’s battling bone cancer, but with the same determination he brought to the field: “there’s no other option for me than to beat this.”

I think former coach of Coldwater High School should be a permanent member of that squad.

He was diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus during the season. He stayed coaching the team throughout the season and waited until after the season was over to start taking chemo and his other treatments that would have pretty much wiped him out from coaching the team. They lost in the state finals, and Coach cancer got the best of him a few months later.
