Cavs are quickly getting close to the 4 spot. More ping pong balls!

Beal declared today, good news for the Cavs even if they don't want him.

Toronto beats Boston (21 wins) and NJ wins at Philly for their 22nd. They still play each other, so at least 1 more win guaranteed for one of them.
New Orleans has won 2 straight, they're 17-42 now. With only 7 games to play it's very unlikely they'll be able to catch the Cavs though.

Didn't they beat the Cavs though, so if they tie I guess maybe the Cavs would get more balls? Maybe it would just be a tie.

Cavs beat Washington.
Tristan has really improved his FT shooting. 4/4 tonight and is now over 53% on the year!
Seriously though, he definitely has a good work ethic, which is a good sign moving forward.

The goat drops 16 and 10 in his first NBA start. No big deal for a consummate professional.
Also, how does Randy Wittman consistently end up interim/head coaching on the worst possible teams? Pre-Lebron Cavs, post-Garnett Wolves, and this years Wiz?
At some point you gotta realize that isn't good for your resume.

He's also making some coin without any stress.
Cavs need to stop benching Jamison, he needs 20 shots a game for the best shot to lose out.

Cavs announcers talking about Glen Davis tonight like he's Hakeem Olajuwon for some reason.

Cavs look safely in that 5th spot. I'd live to end up getting a top 3 pick!! I'd love to get Beal

That won't happen though. No way will 3 teams outside the top 5 win the lottery spots.GOONx19;1144772 wrote:Five spot means 8th pick at worst, right?
I can see 2 though, meaning we could be looking at pick #7 which would suck.

It's weird, it doesn't suck being a Cavs fan right now. It sucks being a Browns fan though.wes_mantooth;1144815 wrote:Lol.....we have fallen so far! 2 years ago we were talking about if we had enough to make it to the nba finals!
I think it has to do w/ the Cavs' front office actually having a plan and sticking with it. The Browns are just a mess.

It reminds me of watching the reds about 4 years ago. You knew you weren't good enough to win consistently, but they were enjoyable to watch and gave you hope for the future.
