Honestly - I'm not a fan of women's MMA. Something about two women beating the crap out of each other doesn't appeal to me, at all.

Also - Nick leap frogging Hendricks is bullshit. I like Diaz, but it's still bullshit.

I don't mind women's mma but I would never be interested in a pay per view with a women's fight as the main event.

Rousey/Carmouche is going to flop on PPV buys. It doesn't appeal to people regardless of how much you promote it. Once she faces Cyborg and Cyborg kicks her ass, we most likely won't be having this conversation anymore.

Money. A GSP/Diaz fight will bring in better PPV buys and a higher gate compared to GSP/Hendricks.

I didn't care for Rory shuffling in the octagon like he was Ali. I also don't think Gustafson earned himself a title shot.

I hope BJ doesn't retire but learned that he can't fight at Welterweight anymore. The days of him being able to fight guys like GSP, Diaz, Rory, and Lyoto are far past. He could still be competitive at 155 though. But who knows if he gives a shit, not like he needs the money.

It's not that I don't think Gustafson wasn't impressive in his win but I think people read too much into the "Shogun is done" type stories. He's still one of the top dudes so beating him and pretty soundly was impressive.

As for the title fight, why Diaz switched away from the knee bar he had is beyond me. He had it, just needed to lean back and arch but switched to try that toe hold.

Yep Nate got beat up. Benson control along the cage and the leg kicks did him in. Benson was at his best tonight. Oh well Nate will get back in there.

Didn't think Nate had much of a shot going into this fight, especially with the size and strength difference. Also thought Gus could've put Shogun away, he has his wobbled and didn't go in for the kill, but probably because of how dangerous Rua is.

The fact that BJ was still standing at the end of the 2nd was impressive to say the least, but at no point did it look like he a chance to win this fight. Anyway catch the Siver/Phan fight? Siver put a massive beating on Phan, 2 judges has it 30-25.

Tough fight for Nate, he failed to set the range and was overpowered and out wrestled. He showed tremendous heart but spent way too much time in bad position.
