Good card last night.
Jardine is tough as nails but needs to retire before he ends up like Ali.
Marquardt is back and still has time to make some noise.
Larkin beat the crap out of Lawler who also needs hand em up.

Man Woodley's mother was freaking annoying the whole fight. You could hear her during the whole fight.

Nate's KO was nasty, nice use of elbows.

Woodley's upper lip was split almost a centimeter wide.

Nate has a few video game style KOs and last night was one of them. That finishing uppercut was brutal. I like that he walked away and didn't give him anymore unnecessary head shots.

Also - Jardine needs to gtfo. He's old and hasn't evolved. If Gracie had any striking skills Jardine would've been KO'd with the way he was running in winging punches.

I was planning to got to UFC on FX 5 in Indianapolis on Sept 7 but there is still only one fight announced. Tickets go on sale next weekend and the fight is ok but not a huge fight.

I went to a UFC Fight Night and I left there the same way I left NFL games, I'd rather watch them at home on my HD TV. Unless you have good seats you're going to end up watching the big screens because you can't tell what's going on when it goes to the ground and I like having the commentary. Just my opinion. Every time i hear Dana say it's the best show live I laugh a little cause it was OK, nothing spectacular, but maybe that's because I wasn't at a PPV event.

I have been to 4 live UFC events (all 4 that were in Ohio) so I am well aware of what seats to get.

I actually enjoy the whole atmosphere and going to the events surrounding the actual fights (expos, meet and greets, weigh ins , ect).

To each his own. As i said, never been to a ppv event so it's probably different. But I'd rather pay the ppv cost and have the best seat in the house.

UFC 149 this weekend, not a great card top to bottom but a few fights I am definitely interested in seeing. Bellator actually has a pretty good card tomorrow night as well.

Yeah he's not easy on the eyes lol, I'm interested in watching Kongo vs Jordan too, Jordan is a great athlete and I've always liked watching Cheick fight.

Shawn Jordan, played fullback at LSU. One of the HW's who came over from Strikeforce.

Freaking Daniel Cormier has to fight Tim Sylvia in last Strikeforce event. Disappointed in that and no win situation for Cormier. I predict a quick Cormier finish!
