You can think what you want. As far as I am concerned, he's a whimp.

There are no "levels" to rate a concussion, its simply a concussion. I guess when you make a lot more money than most players on your team, you have the luxury to take a break if you "don't feel right". What about Lemuiex? He had back problems, atrial fib, and freakin' cancer... Yet he fought through it and even came back after retirement... Sid has a headache. Poor baby.

The levels of a concussion are referrred to as Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.

Grade 1: Temporary disorientation, no loss of consciousness, all symptoms clear up in less than 15 minutes.
Grade 2: Temporary disorientation, no loss of consciousness, symptoms persist for 15 minutes or more.
Grade 3: Any loss of consciousness, whether for seconds or minutes.

Nobody wants Sid to turn into Lindros or LaFontaine. That's why the Penguins Medical staff is very cautious with this.

Also, there's 19 players in the NHL currently that are out with concussions right now. I guess they're all candy ass pussies as well?

Speaking of grading concussions, I suffered a grade 3 back in March and I'm not fully recovered from it. Hell, I'm not even allowed to work b/c of it. So take your uneducated ass out of this thread.
