The way I look at it, we are paying them to do NOTHING now, we may as well have control over the time they are getting paid. Last I checked, I dont get paid to sit at home on my ass, they shouldnt either! Its simple math, pay people more to not have kids than to have them! Kids are possessions to these kind of people. The money would be a huge amount until a few generations later, these people breed like rabbits, obviously!
