I remember the season where the #1 Buckeyes beat #2 Michigan, and there was a good chance that there could be a rematch in the NC.....oh, the whining from the SEC! And with good reason. Funny, they don't seem to have a problem with this year's matchup though.
1) There is about a 1% chance I'll watch the game, granted I have to take off work and be at a bar at 9:00 a.m., but I'll do that with OSU-Florida.
2) It wouldn't surprise me if this is the worst tv-rated BCS championship game. You have a "small state" school that doesn't have much of fanbase outside of it (despite how rabid the fanbase is in-state) and a somewhat larger state but an even larger non-state contingent.
