Awesome pic. I'm fortunate enough to know both of these young men personally. They have represented their schools, families and Wayne County proudly. Two very high quality young men. We are very proud of both of them. Oh yeah...they got us another win too. Congrats men!

I hear Norwayne has a 7 on 7 tomorrow in PA. That seems early to me. Is anyone else participating in 7 on 7's this early?

So I heard through the grapevine that our beloved defending state champions may move Beery to QB. I thought the Cats had an excellent up and coming QB and was surprised by this rumor. Does anyone have any additional information as to the truth of this?

All I know is that their back up QB from last year is currently at a QB camp at Washington Jefferson. If Beery has any sort of arm, I think its a good move for the Cats.

Easy Killer... No need to throw out titles and achievements to make me and the rest of us feel inferior.... We understand you need attention 24/7 for your giant ego and no one is as important as you are, but please stop... you're making my life spiral into depression because I can't compete with you!!!Red Rum;1206605 wrote:HEY BEAST-

There is no truth to the rumor that Beery is moving to QB.

So who will step in as QB? Name, age, weight, height? Curious..catfan;1206972 wrote:There is no truth to the rumor that Beery is moving to QB.

The QB's name is Joe Drerer (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling). He will be a junior. He was the backup QB last year. I'm guessing he's probably 6'1", 165 - 170 lbs.
One of my buddies texted me this morning and told me that he heard they won the 7 on 7 they were at in Pennsylvania yesterday. He said there was 20+ teams in it. I haven't heard much more but Joe must at least be able to get it to his WR's. I know there's not any pressure but I would say that's a decent start for the young man. I dont think they won it last year with Wallace at the helm

Joe's a great young man...coached him the last 3 years in baseball. He's very smart and knows what to do with the ball....although not as fast as Wallace, Dreher is a great athlete and will fill in nicely with the talent around him.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say his honeymoon was like a lot of honeymoons. There were outdoor activities (in his case, beach time). There were a lot of more "indoor activities" (but if you managed to make that an outdoor activity at least once, there will be reps coming your way, OQB).Dr. KnOiTaLL;1209326 wrote:Congrats, OQB! Congrats on the nuptials OrrQB....
....although I'm a little mystified that you would choose a honeymoon spot that loosely translates to "point gray hair".
Since you picked such an interesting locale, I can't help but ask....
A. Did you happen to bump into Fausto Carmona?
B. Do any sightseeing on the other side of the island?....I hear Port au Prince is beautiful this time of year
