I don't see how it wouldn't. It wouldn't be 30 teams still thinking they could get in, but there would be more teams believing they could get into a 6 team playoff than a 2 team title game. It's basic math. Virginia Tech was #10 three weeks ago. The ball is ruled forward or backward depending on when it first touches another player, an official or the ground.
