I'd say he is right on HIS game. He was brutal all year calling football games.

Lol, The Zeller parents left at the under 8 timeout of the Hoosiers game. Indiana was down by 7. They ended the game on a 30-12 run. Cody says "Maybe they shouldnt have come at all. We might have won by 30."

Good stuff.

ESPN actually has a lot of great PxP guys imo, they just arent as "established" so they dont get the A games. Shulman without Vitale is awesome. Hell even with him he is good. About the only guy who can work with Vitale and make it work haha.

Wow an official who DIDN'T call the lean in shot by a guard. Nice to see.

Also nice to see, Harrison is feelin' it.

Barnes needs to stay aggressive. In fact, he needs to stay aggressive ALL the time.

And fuck Karl Hess, by the way.

I usually still enjoy Musberger. He has a great announcing voice.

There are too many people who don't have the voice or the wording announcing games on ESPN (I'm looking at you, Hubert Davis) for me to bitch about someone who is slipping in one aspect but still great in the other.

Ole Roy is gonna have a heart attack coaching this team. He looks like he's about ready to lose it.

I still think he is solid. Mostly as you said, cause of the iconic voice.

Shulman
McDonough (sp???)
Tirico

all are under-utilized on the big broadcasts. Tirico I get cause he does NBA a lot. Hopefully we get a lot more of him (he was on MSU-FSU today) until Christmas day when NBA opens.
