Who would you like to see? What are the rumors? I've heard Mike Stoops and Greg Studrawa. How do they fit in with Coach Fickell?

I want Studwara as OC. No thanks to the Clemson guy.

Current Rumors.

Apparently YSU's HC was in Columbus yesterday.
Mike Stoops may have personal issues that keep him from being a DC or co DC.

Grab Houston's HC as an offensive coordinator.

I don't know if it's been posted before on here or not, but Florida's director of football administration, Mike Pantoni, has resigned. Sources say he is headed to Ohio State...

Would Mike Leach consider being an OC, or is he set on being a HC?

I believe he is. He will also be setting up a "Friday Night Lights," similar to what was a major recruiting attraction in Florida.

Supposedly, Stud and Urban haven't even talked in a few years. I think Chad Morris is a likely candidate. I'd take either.

BK will be looking for a job in a few years, OSU could always use more ball boys.

I don't get why people want Mike Stoops. The name? He is a freaking lunatic on the sidelines and couldn't even put a great defense on the field at Arizona.

I really don't want Stoops as DC

Unless of course he gets a 10 year extension for a close loss to USC like ND coaches of the past. Notre Dame, where losing is expected and close losses rewarded.

You guys beat me to it--he's got the name, but not sure if he's still got the game. However, if Coach Meyer thinks he's the guy, that's good enough for me.

True, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

Gotcha. Yeah, I mean Leach has undoubtedly been talking about jobs for past year or so, but he still hasn't found that next head coaching deal. (i.e. he's picky and also has some pride). That leads me to believe he'll never agree to be anything but a head coach

Matt Campbell, the Toledo OC is being mentioned for the O-Line coach position. He knows how to coach an O-Line for Urban's offense.

I'm pretty happy with the Urban Meyer hire.

What has me ecstatic about this whole situation is Jim Bollman is FINALLY gone.

BK murdered that camera kid. That basically rubber-stamps an extension for him.

Studwara was offered the oline job ? Supposedly turned it down. Look for some serious poaching of Miss St. Coaches.

I'd probably be insulted if I was Studwara. He is the offensive coordinator at the #1 school in the nation and Meyer wants him to take a demotion?

Studwara was the oline coach at LSU until the week fall camp opened this year. He is the OC by default after Kragthorpe was diagnosed with Parkinson's. He shouldn't be insulted at all.
