Tip-Off @ 9:30 Tuesday night. Possibly the most anticipated game since the Buckeyes started playing at The Schott.

I have OSU by 6.

This could be two top-3 teams "duking" it out. I think Austin Rivers has to have a huge game for Duke to win.

I think OSU by six points sounds about right, 82-76.

Right. Giving up 76 to Belmont and 75 to Michigan proves that. Not to mention you have OSU scoring less than MSU, among others against Duke.

You fucking bandwagoner

Big 10 - ACC challenge, so they will alternate so the ends are not at the same time on ESPN/2. OSU follows the 7:30 game Illinois - Maryland I think. Im pretty sure they have the College Bball show at 7-7:30 so that means the games start at 7:30 to alternate.

As for what I think OSU will score? OSU wont want to run with Duke. Sully wont be able to play a game that will require him to run the whole game. DId you ever think that? Maybe Belmont was playing with players that like an uptempo game hence the score?

Look at the teams that play with big men.........Kansas 61 pts, Davidson 67, Tenn. 67, MSU 69.

I am no bandwagoner but you are an idiot. Read a book about basketball before questioning me.

The same Sully who lost a ton of weight and looks great running the floor?

No, you're definitely an idiot. You've probably not seen Sully this year or the way OSU plays.

I guess Craft and Buford wont be able to hang with Rivers and Curry? And I would put money on Sully out running the effing Plumlee brothers...I think it will be a good game and the score will be in the low to mid-70s.

1)None of those teams have big men named Jared Sullinger. Period.
2) Ohio State is averaging 85 ppg (15th in nation) and shooting 51.5% from the field (10th)
3) Duke is 250th in the country in rebounding, so Buckeyes are going to get 2nd chances

OSU may lose somehow, but they will not be held to 64 points. I guarantee it.

Did he really imply that osu doesn't want to run with duke?? Lol seriously?? They could have 3 white dudes on the court at one time.

Didn't Shannon Scott play very very well against rivers last year in a hs game? Craft will def slow him down.

Craft will get in foul trouble this game. The refs won't let him get away with bodying and hand-checking of the Duke guards. Sullinger will have a big game though.

Eh. If the game was at CIS, I would agree. But it's at the Schott and the home team will almost always get away with more.

As far as the game goes; it's going to be a close Dook win or a big time Buckeye blow out. I'm leaning the way of a blow out.

Correct. As a Duke fan I am hoping it does get called. Craft is a great player and great defender(had the chance to play against him in HS) but he does seem to get away with a lot at times. It'll be interesting to see how this contest is called.

OH GTFO.

Craft plays great defense within the context of the rules. Exactly what Billy Donovan said.

He doesn't foul because he's always in great position. As long as the defender has position, he'll be fine.

There seemed to be a lot of people in this thread that would fare quite terribly in a spelling bee and I wanted to help them out.

What would be the gayest poster ever is if I tried to articulate a knowledgeable forecast of the game and then used the terms O$U Suckeyes and Cryolina Tar Holes.

If and its a big IF Duke hits their threes (like 14-30) they have a shot to win this game. If the outside is cold, I don't expect the Devils to be within 15 by the end.

I can't see Duke shooting the three well enough to win this game in a hostile environment. Duke will need to be at least 12-25 from 3 to stay in this game. Buckeyes will be as amped up as a team can be I imagine. Lots of energy in the building.

OSU by 13, close game then OSU hits free throws down stretch to ice it.
