Indiana looks just lost. They need to find some offensive rhythm soon.

Indiana is really missing Will Sheehey on perimeter defense. That and Verdell Jones III looks even worse with his injury on defense (if its possible for him to be worse).
They are gonna have to continue to score well to win, cause MSU, while they will cool off, wont fall apart offensively.

Wow, Indiana on a run now up 3. Looking strong tonight. With Gus Johnson on the call it has to be a great game.

Not sure where you get this at. Consistant offense (perimeter shooting especially) has been a major weakness with MSU the past season and half. And that is again evident right now with this IU run. Great comeback by IU.Laley23;1029381 wrote: They are gonna have to continue to score well to win, cause MSU, while they will cool off, wont fall apart offensively.

This game really confirms for me that Michigan State is overrated and are a solid team but not one that can contend in the Big Ten or give the top teams a real scare. They're offense looks absolutely awful and they don't seem to have a player that can take a game over offensively. I've not watched them much this year, but in the little I have that's my observation, and it looks obvious tonight so far.

Well, I didnt expect IU to go to a zone, and or sag down forcing 3s. MSU is killing them inside the arc. That run was with MSU taking outside shots. Surprised MSU was taking them.centralbucksfan;1029391 wrote:Not sure where you get this at. Damn it, didn't mean to throw the reverse jinx out there on Michigan State. I take it back!

And once again, Indianas offense has come to a virtual halt. Jordan Hulls has picked a bad time to have his worst shooting night in 2 years. 1/8 and only 1 has been tough.

Lol @ Nix leading the fast break
And Appling is really adjusting to the Pg role and is probably one of the best in the big 10, improved leaps and bounds from last year

Crazy game of nothing but runs by each team. I wonder if IU has tired out having to come back from early deficit. They don't have much depth. MSU defense can definatley wear you down.
IU doesn't look to get Zeller the ball near enough. Its times like this, when you need to get the ball to the post.

Zeller has sucked tonight. He doesnt look into it. Offensively really passive (immediate passes, 1 dribble passes), not crashing boards, and defense has been sorely lacking. Worst game Ive seen from him, mostly due to his poor effort.centralbucksfan;1029441 wrote:Crazy game of nothing but runs by each team. He is a young player. Its going to happen. Not blaming Crean, but they should focus on getting him some early buckets to build confidence, and get him in the flow. He is too talented a player to only take 4 shots the entire game.Laley23;1029454 wrote:Zeller has sucked tonight. He doesnt look into it. It was funny, but as I typed that earlier I got 2 texts. 1 from my dad, "Is Zeller ill...like physically?" and another from my friend, "anything on Zellers health? He looks sick out there."centralbucksfan;1029482 wrote:He is a young player. Its going to happen. Iowa wins by 7 at the Kohl Center. Badgers 3/31 on three balls. Jordan Taylor with 17 points, but needed 20 shots to get there. Just not the same player this season.

Purdue getting blown the fuck out at PSU. Down 63-43 with 2 minutes to play. Maybe my Purdue friends will STFU and listen when I tell them Purdue is a team with a ton of flaws now. They have no scoring, no post, no rebounding and the only go-to player is a guy coming off 2 knee surgeries with no quickness who cant really get his own shot. But hey, they play tremendous defense!

...and no, I dont think they are terrible. They are an "ok" team. But I was ridiculed for saying they would struggle all year and were nowhere near the top of the B1G.
So of course, I come and vent to people who dont care, nor didnt disagree with me lol.
