I doubt Urban would do that, as that would definitely cause a rift between him and high school coaches. The most likely scenario would be telling a recruit that he will honor the scholarship but that said recruit doesn't "fit" into his system. He took the short track to building his career by "firing" kids that he inherited who couldn't play in his system.
