Good news congrats
Ross Franklin, Johnstown-Monroe: Senior RB ran for 269 yards and four TDs on 38 carries in a 27-24 win over Coshocton in the D-IV Region 15 final. Through 13 games, Franklin has rushed for 3,096 yards and 47 TDs on 300 carries. He’s fumbled twice. Franklin is three rushing TDs away from the state record of 50 set by Maurice Hall (Columbus Brookhaven) in 2000. His 49 total TDs also leave him three shy of the state record for total TDs in a season (52) set by Hubert Bobo of Chauncey-Dover in 1952. P

*****"We have a team that loves to win and we all kept our heads up," said Wallace, who has now accounted for an incredible 50 total TDs (34 passing, 16 rushing) this season. You guessed it, that's another area record.
*Hope they both shine on Sat. It will be fun to watch.

If you'll be there, I can bring my tailgating supplies leftover from the Norwayne/Orrville game. Plenty of burgers and brats. Let me know as soon as you guys know so I can make plans with the woman. Note that WABASH WILL BE CLOSED FOR PLAYOFF GAMES AND USED FOR PARKING , so the visitor side will have street parking and I have parked on side streets off of Wabash.

If Dover and New Philly have played thier rivalry game their for years it should be alright for this crowd,
And another interesting game site has Massillon Paul Brown Stadium having a lowly D6 game there.

They were complaining that it was a lot closer to Norwayne in New Philly, what would they have thought if it was in Massillon?riders1;982836 wrote:And another interesting game site has Massillon Paul Brown Stadium having a lowly D6 game there.

That's because they never look outside of central Ohio for their stuff, with the exception of Steubenville, Mooney, and X.

258 yds passing 3 tds....107 yds rushing and 2 tds is not feasible for you as a "Player of The Week"?
Perhaps Yappi can award something in your neck of the woods....

So Beast is going. How about Ringz and others? What time you guys planning on getting there? 7:00 kickoff, so at least 5:30 or so if we tailgate? Lemme know.
