The fact Tebow can't look off to second or third receivers, throw accurately or with any "zip" isn't important. Get him some receivers and he will be better then Elway with this other dimension. No doubt about it, Non is right.

even though this is his second year, he's still a rookie. Give him a full off season and a coach/team that are behind him and I bet you'd see tons of improvement.
