All OSU has to do is win out. Also have Penn State lose to Wisconsin and Wisconsin lose to Illinois.

Ohio State will be fortunate to win one of its last two games. Injuries are catching up with this team, and we already know the coaching is horrid.

Pretty sure this means they in fact do not control their own destiny as they are relying on factors outside of their control. Otherwise the same could be said for Indiana- "They control their own destiny as long as they win out and teams ahead of them die in a travel accident."

He had the right one at least...

Plus followed the simple rule of "I" before "E", except after "C" and a bunch of other random times in the fucked up language known as English.

Not necessarily. 4 way tie breakers can be pretty complex.

Actually the rule is "I before E except after C, or when sounding like A as in neighbor and weigh." The "sounding like A" part applies to their.

It would be easier to learn the words correctly than to memorize that rule lol.

I'll take Ohio State over whatever garbage the SEC throws at us in the Outback bowl. A win there, would be the best win in Notre Dame history.

Notre Dame beat Purdue by 28 and won yesterday. If you don't care about their bowl history or their team, why post about it?

Purdue is a lot stronger at home with a healthy team. Ohio State is in its worst season in decades, while Notre Dame is having a season that's unheard of in South Bend. They may have more wins than losses this year, despite playing a schedule that would make a SEC team blush.

The leading rusher for Purdue in the ND game did not play in the OSU game...

Must be forgetting about that 6-6 debacle we had in '99, or the back to back 4-6-1 and 6-4-1 campaigns of '88 and '87 respectively...
