The problem with a case like this is there is no 'physical evidence'. It's just circumstantial testimony by the victims, McQueary, the janitors (the one who saw it is no suffering dementia and not fit for trial), JoePa, the AD, the police from the one investigation, the prosecutor who felt at the time there wasn't enough evidence to go on, etc.
There is no, and please excuse me for this term, "DNA Evidence" of Sandusky's on anything incriminating. But, when seven boys over varying time frames all give very eerily similar stories of how he preyed upon them. It's hard to believe it's just one big conspiracy. Especially with McQueary's testimony, the fact Sandusky was told to stop bring children onto campus (why would they need to give that rule unless way back then there was the belief that this could at least be true). And, this wasn't a recent allegation. These were made several times over years. He just finally had somebody do the right thing and call the police when they found out a child was said to be assaulted by Sandusky.
Something that should've happened in 2002. And didn't.
