Neither. Tiger nor JoePa did anything illegal and were not charged with any crimes.
I would say the biggest sports story is Jerry Sandusky and his raping of children.

Jerry Sandusky isn't an option in this question though. That's like saying Rocky Road is your favorite ice cream when asked which you like better between chocolate and vanilla.

i think thats the problem with the penn st situation. people are getting caught up in the emotion of the crime and the big name in JoePa. there were a shit ton more people that knew what was going on because they witnessed it. Paterno never saw anything, report to his bosses what he was told.
