Did any other counties besides Cuyahoga have multi lingual ballots? I've never seen anything like it before. It was ridiculous, and after doing some research, costs the state a hefty amount of money to do. It cost Cuyahoga county $100k alone for the May primary.

Would be nice if they were electronic. probably would save some money. me and a buddy were also talking, since we have been basiclly nomads the past few years, it would be nice if you can goto any poll location and walk up to a computer, type in your social which identifies you and sends your vote to the correct location.

I'm guessing the bilingual ballots had some language that included this:

Votacion del Partido de Democrata

A lot of Latinos vote socially conservative. You'd be very surprised if you looked up the numbers.

Cubans vote conservative. Everyone else leans left.

Not exactly. Here in Seattle the ballots are in Chinese.

Absolutely correct. You can conduct virtually any transaction via computer. No reason voting shouldn't be done on computer terminals.

I'm sure it is security based fears. Too easy to steal info/alter votes.

All voting should be electronic and you should have to enter a valid SS # for your vote to count. Only 1 vote per SS#.
