Ohio State coming off a very poor performance, but a win, against B1G bottom-feeder, Indiana. Purdue coming off a beating by the hands of Wisconsin. Purdue is not at the same level as OSU, but could give them a very close game if the Bucks come out flat as they did yesterday.

The OSU defense seems to come out focused in road games and has been successful in the first halves of games (dominant at Nebraska and Illnois, and very good at Miami with the exception of 2 plays). I think OSU comes out strong, just need our offense to do their part. I keep hoping that each week will be the week that OSU mixes up a good, diverse offense gameplan, but I guess we can't be TOO upset with 3 straight wins.

Can't wait to get through this game and get Posey back. Postgame comments yesterday pretty much stated that Miller is making his reads, but the WR aren't getting open.

nothing comes easy for this team, but I think we'll win by three scores, with Boom going for 100+ again, and Miller throwing, and running, for a TD

Any game Boom doesn't go for 100 here on out, OSU will not win.

Not only that, they drop a lot of balls that are thrown well.

It will be a close game. no way osu wins by three touchdowns, that's a homer prediction there.

If you were referring to me, Jerry, I said three scores.

I think OSU by 10, something like 23-13. Would love to see a more diverse offense, but let's face it, it's not happening

That's my guess. I'm calling Ohio State with the win at 21-10.

three scores, three touchdowns all mean the same thing. I like that you try and save face with that one.

Jerry? what does that even mean? Why would I bet against my team? How retarded are you?

Technically three scores could be 2 td's and a fg. And I think when he said Jerry, he was referring to your Jerry Sandusky avatar and sig.

No. That would only require one score(a touchdown) to win the game. Two touchdowns and a field goal makes it a three score game because even if you scored two touchdowns and the two 2pt conversion (16 points) you are still down one point and therefore need to score once more (touchdown, field goal, safety) to win. Its pretty common football talk

I have no idea how OSU is going to react coming off that game against IU, and going back on the road. If they continue to play that god-awful zone defense that doesn't stop anyone, it will be a close game and very possibly a loss.

Hopefully, if they do play that zone, they'll score enough to get out with a win, anyway.

Indiana was able to both run and pass on what I thought was easily the poorest defense OSU has played all season. Purdue looks extremely slow to me, I don't see Terbush having the same success that the kid from Indiana had. I hope Miller and Herron aren't dinged up too bad and OSU should handle these guys without much of a problem 31-13. (but I thought the same thing 2 years ago) I thought Hyde established himself as Boom's backup ahead of Hall, but the recievers if you watch just are not open. Posey next week should help that problem and Hopefully the defense will show up this week. Both Offensive and defensive game plan looked pretty vanilla as despite what the coaching staff kept saying I think both they and the players thought Indiana would be an easy win and to their credit Indiana played hard the whole game.

Not trying to be a dick, but do you really not understand the terms 2 score or 3 score game?

6 points is a one score game, because all it takes is one score to regain the lead. 17 points would be a 3 score game because 2 td's and a FG are required to tie or take the lead (if 2 point conversions are converted).

Purdue could not stop Wisonsin's running game. Lets hope they don't get caught looking ahead and can take care of business. I think Boom runs for 150 and OSU wins 28-7.

FWIW I saw plenty of open WRs that braxton didn't hit, just from the TV feed, however Posey will be even more open and maybe give Braxton the confidence he needs to throw one up.
