I hate Burger King but their double CB is definitely the best. It just has a special cheesy meltiness that trumps any other $1 double. And they're always hot and ready to go...never had a bad one.

I heard the franchises were suing over this special because it takes more than the 1.00 to produce it.

The secret to great burgers at Burger King is telling them up front that you don't want any of the burgers in your order microwaved.

There is no lava cheese this way and the bun doesn't go to hell plus the meat has fresh off the grill taste.

I had to referee tonight so after my match I grabbed two and threw them down on the way back to the office, so damn good!

I grabbed two extra just incase I get the late night munchies :) too

I'll give it props over the McDouble, but greatly prefer the DoubleStak to BK's version. I bought two with a hangover a few weeks ago and thought they were mediocre, at best. When a burger doesn't blow you away when you're hungover, you know it's nothing to write home to mom about...

Enjoy them while they last. . . the BK franchises just launched a $100 Million suit to get rid of them.

They are but they're going to lose in all probability. We talked about it in the contracts portion of my business law class and unless the franchise agreements have somehow changed there's a clause that lets BK corporate set the prices for promotional offerings.

If the franchisees had a problem with it they shouldn't have signed the contract.

Now you tell 'em you want lettuce, tomatoes and onions on it and you're hooked up. And yeah, they do it and don't charge you either.

Have it your way dude.

I'll take the Wendy's double stack over them.

Burger King is in a different league than McDonald's though.

Just destroyed one while watching some Mythbusters. Added some sweet and spicy Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce to it!

Wendy's Double Stack isn't what it used to be.

Patties so thin they have to burn them to get them done.

They still get lost in the bun.
