Saw a little bit from Shaq's new book, and he had a pretty interesting quote that really shouldn't shock anyone, but still worth mentioning:
“I remember one day in a film session LeBron didn’t get back on defense after a missed shot. Mike Brown didn’t say anything about it. He went to the next clip and it was Mo Williams not getting back and Mike was saying, ‘Yo, Mo, we can’t have that. You’ve got to hustle a little more.’ So Delonte West is sitting there and he’s seen enough and he stands up and says, ‘Hold up, now. You can’t be pussyfooting around like that. Everyone has to be accountable for what they do, not just some us.’ Mike Brown said, ‘I know, Delonte. I know.’ Mike knew Delonte was right.

Like you said...not shocking. I'm sure Phil Jackson did it with Michael and Kobe too. Superstars don't get shit on during film sessions..Especially when they are putting up 30/10/10

WTF, LeBron got preferential treatment while in Cleveland from both the owner and the coaches? If only this had been revealed earlier... oh wait, we did.

I hope he talks about him slamming LBJ into a locker during the Boston series.

Same. If this is a "tell all" book, then let's hear the story about LBJ's mom getting pounded by West.

It's really a shame to see the true Lebron. If he had stayed, we'd of never know how terrible of a person he really is.

Bingo...Cleveland fans would still worship him. I'm glad he left the Cavs..I'm a much bigger LBJ fan than a Cleveland fan. It killed me to root for the Cavs haha

Not sure he is a terrible person, just a very selfish person. He's not out there breakin' the law.

I think alot of us knew that he was a piece of garbage. He never came off as being "real" or "genuine." He's the NBA version of A-rod

I hope he gives the Delonte West/Buckwheat definition of the word "dictate" as in "Gloria...how's my dic-tate?"

Other than his last 1.5 years in Cleveland, what did he do to make you think he is garbage?

I'm never afraid to say a player on my team is a POS (see Braylon Edwards). Until losing to the magic in the ECF, lebron mostly said and did all the right things. The wheels started to fall off after that series starting with the Xavier dunk to the "check my stats" shirt, etc.

I think anyone that followed the circus known as ASVSM...knew what a spoiled brat he was. And we should of known what a douche he would turn out to be. I mean, he doesnt know his dad and his mom is a welfare crack whore. Then as people saw what a talent he was....he got everything he could ever imagine.

Lebron is a superstar. Of course he's going to be treated differently, just as Shaquille was. I'm a big fan of Shaq, and he's going to say some stuff to sell some books. If that's the dirt he has on Lebron, then Lebron was a far better teammate than I would have imagined.

In professional sports, there are people put on pedestals. That's reality.

Oh really? Please provide more of your insight. I can't wait to hear your bold predictions about how the Browns won't win the super bowl, or how the cavs won't make the playoffs.

I wonder if Shaq writes in his book on how Tim Duncan became the best PF without actually playing PF?
