They return 6 regular starters on offense, and 6 regular starters on defense, both kickers, a punter and all three quarterbacks. I expect the offense will remain about the same, (multiple), running everything from the I formation, to the spread, and about everything in between. Thom McDanials play calling was somewhat vanilla in '11, mainly due to some inexperienced skill players. It never helps when you lose two kids like Olack and Smith (graduation), DeVonte Oliver, 6'3" 280lb starting LT, (adopted them moved), and Mykal Mayle, starting gaurd, (ineligibility). Massillons defense really improved from '10 to '11, becoming more agressive, using different stunts and blitzing from everywhere on the field, (something they didn't do under the watch of Steve Kovacs, our previous D coordinator). Replacing both DE's and a DT will be high on Hall and Durbins list.

On another website it's being reported that Coach Hall and Reno are talking about the Steubenville game being moved to week 8 or week 5.

Massillon returns all of their production at the QB position from 2011 in Kempt, Tonn and Brown. 110 of 194 for 1467 yards 17 TD's and 5 Int's. But more important than returning those numbers, is the fact that the QB's really took care of the ball last year, made good decisions, and produced despite the fact that everyone around them/him was very inexperienced.
Massillon also returns 203 of 262 carries, 1,108 of 1,479 rushing yards and 15 of 20 rushing TD's
The recieving core, for the second year in a row, graduates their top two recievers, but does return what I believe will be better overall athletes in '12, they will return 42 catches, 360 yards & 4 TD's. Leading the way in terms of returnees, is Ernie Baez, but expect to see, Tonn, Conley, Tisevich, Rambo, Whitfield, Dailey, Damion Smith, Dudley, and Huffman all in the mix to be starting recievers.
Defensively, Massillon will return 141 solo tackles, 156 assisted tackles, 7 sacks, 26 tackles for loss, 8 interceptions and 7 fumble recoveries.
I dont see Warren Harding on schedule. I thought that game was every year . When was it last not played?
