I don't care if someone says "the", but at least put the words in the right order. It's OSU, not UOS!

Newest video released by Ezekiel Elliott's father, yesterday, with clips from his visits to Ohio State and Missouri:

Where is OSU getting all of these scholly's? We have a 3 scholly reduction , sitting at 24 (possibly 23 if Jacobs goes to Marlyand) and are still in the running for Bell, Clark, and Elder correct?

Edit:error

I think Elder has pretty much made it clear that he will play somewhere that will allow him to play football and basketball. OSU is not that place. Also, the staff probably knows of some departures coming up.

Is there a list of times for when a lot of these recruits are expected to announce tomorrow?

According to 247sports, other than a punter (79), Taivon Jacobs is the 2nd lowest rated prospect (89) committed to Ohio State. Only one lower is DE Tracy Sprinkle (88), who is already enrolled. Wouldn't be a huge loss, if it means picking up someone else, this year or otherwise.

Also, I can admire that he wants to be a great father.

5 Early Enrollees. While the services count them in this class, the NCAA counts the schollies towards the 2012 season.

James Clark - 9AM (UF, Clemson, OSU)
Vonn Bell - 10AM (UT, OSU)
Taivon Jacobs - 10AM (Maryland, OSU)
Ezekiel Elliott - 4PM (Mizzou, OSU)

Didn't know Taivon already has a 1 year old daughter. Can't blame him for not wanting to move away from her. Selfishly want him to decommit then we keep EzE, snag Clark and Bell to call it a class.

Aren't the restrictions on the 85 total, not individual classes?

Yes, it's 82 total, but there are Big Ten restrictions on class size (25). So the overall scholly numbers are not an issue with the transfers OSU already had.

Thanks.

I thought it was just 3 per year over 3 years. Also thought it was 82 total.

Per ESPN:
The Buckeyes won't be eligible to play for a conference championship or in a bowl game in new coach Urban Meyer's first season in 2012, and they'll lose three scholarships in each of the next three seasons.

Oh, and just saw this on Twitter:

Mike Farrell ‏@rivalsmike
I get the feeling Vonn Bell and fam r telling the #Vols and#Buckeyes he is going to each. Unless he can clone himself, someone gonna be mad

Ugh! Can it be Thursday yet so all this can be over?

82 total for 3 years is the same 3 per year for 3 years.

Same here. But if Elliott flips, we still have Dontre Wilson who can be RB (on top of the ones we already have), and James Clark would easily fill Dontre's shoes at WR if we get him. No matter what, the Buckeyes are in great shape, even if we strike out tomorrow.

Right, they have 82 total scholarships over those 3 years instead of the full 85.

B1G can actually sign 3 over the 25/85 limit.

2, but they have to submit paperwork saying how they plan on keeping the class at 25. Which is where the early enrollees come in, since they count towards last year

3, but I'm pretty sure they only have to submit paperwork as to how they got to the 85.

"Starting with the upcoming 2002/03 recruiting class, Big Ten schools are allowed to sign three over the NCAA-maximum 25/85 kids to scholarships, although the numbers must be within the allowable limits by the start of fall two-a-days."
