The Sullivan's said that they didn't want money from Notre Dame, and you continue to claim that there is some unearthed evidence proving that Notre Dame paid them to say that. That is ridiculous. How about "because the Sullivan's said that they were not paid, you have to prove that they were or else you lose the case." That's how this would o down.
There is nothing in the world you can truly be 100% certain on, but that's why a burden of proof exists. Without sleeper coming up with everything, any person with half of a brain would come to the conclusion that the Sullivan's are telling the truth.
EDIT: he can't even say why it would behoove them. They clearly could have asked for any amount of money from them, and Notre Dame already admitted guilt and was guilty in the eyes of OSHA.....so why keep quiet? Notre Dame already lost.

The Sleeper persona, as well as some others on here, went over the line with this thread.
Just done in poor taste. But it riled people up...so Mission Accomplished, I guess?
I just have never understood the need to go on an internet message board with the sole intent of starting shit to get under people's skin. But using a young kid's death to do that is pretty low, even for some of the people on here.

Yes, there was a tragic accident in which Declan Sullivan died. But there was a full investigation done and the max penalty under law was paid. The Sullivan family has never said that they want Brian Kelly, or Jack Swarbrick, or Fr. Jenkins fired. If they had asked for that, I'd have a different stance on the incident.
But Tobias is right. Bringing it up a year later just to start shit is low.

No one is saying that the situation wasn't fucked up. But the Sullivan's and the state said no one person was at fault, and they, being the epitome of unbiased, said no resignations were needed.
If the Sullivan's said they wanted Kelly's head, then Notre Dame would have had no choice. However only people from the outside, the haters and those who were uninformed, said that. That is my beef with this horseshit.

There is 100x more proof for that then there is that the Sullivan's were paid my Notre Dame to keep quiet. Well it's probably an infinite amount since there is zero proof for what sleeper is saying. At least you are disagreeing with a jury's call, sleeper is making shit up that he knows I cannot proof 100% so in his twisted little brain it stands. It's beyond fucked up, and not that smart.
