Who said no one was culpable? They received the max penalty under law. I'm the only one here actually using facts from the incident. You bozos are the ones making shit up to fit your narrative.

No one who read the report is saying that Notre Dame didn't tell him to be there. The important point was that Notre Dame used unreliable weather reports. That is the entire point of the negligence. It was not "Oh gee, wins of 50+ today. I'm a dumbass and want to put a kid up there and see what happens." THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Notre Dame assumed full responsibility because the entire film crew operates for all sports and they as a university used your everyday vague as hell weather reports which, again, did not say 50+ gusts of wind. That is where the negligence was and the state and family said no one person was solely responsible due to that.
What's really fucked up is how much all of you want Kelly to get fired and thrown in prison just so you can smile. The events most of you assume simply did not happen. Get over it, he's not "a murderer."
