Well considering Notre Dame paid the maximum fine under the law...what the fuck are you talking about? No one was ever accused of murder as you would have assumed.

Oh I see, since they said that they never thought about suing the university (some sources said they could have gotten $30 million)....they must have been paid to say that they didn't sue ND? That's retarded on a number of levels, and until you show me something saying that your scenario happened, you'll be considered a lying piece of shit.

It is not possible that the unbiased parties looked at the FACTS and all determined that it was a freak accident, overall negligence, and that no one person was at fault?

A kid died because Brian Kelly and Notre Dame were negligent and no one was punished for it. The attempts to deflect from that truth are pretty slimy.

One of my friends taped practices for ou. I can tell you solich definitely told him where to be and what to tape during practice and afterwards he told him how he wanted the DVDs broken down. I can't speak for any other schools but I know at ou solich oversaw the camera guys himself.

Who said no one was culpable? They received the max penalty under law. I'm the only one here actually using facts from the incident. You bozos are the ones making shit up to fit your narrative.

No one who read the report is saying that Notre Dame didn't tell him to be there. The important point was that Notre Dame used unreliable weather reports. That is the entire point of the negligence. It was not "Oh gee, wins of 50+ today. I'm a dumbass and want to put a kid up there and see what happens." THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Notre Dame assumed full responsibility because the entire film crew operates for all sports and they as a university used your everyday vague as hell weather reports which, again, did not say 50+ gusts of wind. That is where the negligence was and the state and family said no one person was solely responsible due to that.

What's really fucked up is how much all of you want Kelly to get fired and thrown in prison just so you can smile. The events most of you assume simply did not happen. Get over it, he's not "a murderer."

Just remember, Notre Dame is a a part of the largest and most advanced organization in the world when it comes to covering up harm done to young men by male authority figures. When they pay hush money, they know what they are doing.

Oh please...

ND was fined like $80k and for a school with an endowment in the billions its a freaking joke. A real punishment would be firing the negligent coach, the AD, or the President of the University. After all the president, "took responsibility" for it by keeping his job.

Pretty sad that you can't fathom ND settling with the Sullivans outside of court because that's exactly what they did. Book it.

I see you guys are still missing the point. What I said has NOTHING to do with what happened at Notre Dame. It was just proving a false statement made by Webfire when he said head coaches don't care about those details, they clearly do.

Do you have proof that they weren't?

The max penalty under the law is a joke. 80,000 dollars to number damn is like 5 cents to the average person. Needed to be like 50-60 million to have any impact(or do the right thing and FIRE those responsible).

That's not how it works. Otherwise, I could easily say God doesn't exist and you can't prove that he does, so you are wrong.

Can't have it both ways, sorry. Until you can prove to me that the Sullivans did not receive one dime from ND, then they did and it was probably 30+ million.
