About 3 years ago, I decided to go on a low carb diet. I was amazed at the amount of empty carbs that I was drinking. Soda, Kool-Aid, Punch and various juices were the biggest culprits. I lost 17 pounds in three weeks by just cutting back to 20 carbs a day.
I acquired the taste for diet, so I have stayed with diet.
