The Cousy committee added Tyshawn to the list of finalists.

Isaiah Canaan, Murray State
Matthew Dellavedova, Saint Mary's
Damian Lillard, Weber State
Kendall Marshall, University of North Carolina
Tyshawn Taylor, University of Kansas

It's going to come down to Kendall and Tyshawn.
Wheres Austin Rivers. How can First Team All-ACC not be on this list, but Second can!??!

Rumor that Butler might replace Temple in the A-10.

The Bob Cousy Award is given to the nation's top point guard. Austin Rivers is a wing. Thus he is not on the final Bob Cousy Award list.

Austin Rivers is, however, among the top 15 finalists for the John Wooden Award, while Kendall Marshall is not.

Also note that there were no point guards placed ahead of Marshall on the ACC First Team. Unlike the SEC where apparently any player who averages 10 points per game is on the first team, the ACC only selects five players, regardless of position. Rivers and Tyler Zeller were the two Wooden Award candidates from the ACC.

F
ab Melo to miss tournament. Big News.

Un-fucking-believable. So much for that. Sweet 16 is as far as they'll go now. Reminiscent of losing Arinze Onuaku a couple years ago.

He was ineligible once. I said then, if he had failed the quarter he should have been done at that point. But somehow they reinstated him. Now he's a no go again. Makes you wonder if he's been ineligible this whole time.

The K-State game just became a dogfight.

That really sucks. I will have to put all of my energy into the tomahawk chop now. Syracuse was the ultimate contingency plan. If Ohio State and FSU get to the regional semis, I'm going to be standing in front of my TV dressed like a damn Indian.

Damn you, Melo. Do your fucking homework. I really wanted the Orangemen to reach the NCAA final. It will be an ordeal to get there now.

Is this your normal gameday routine, to stand in front of your TV dressed in the garb of the team you're rooting for?

Obviously not. Simply an illustration of how much I don't want to see Ohio State ever win another championship in basketball. My feelings, I assume, are no different than any of the OSU fans here who passionately hate Duke.

Ohio State vs. Florida State could be a great game, though, if it happens.

With as many people as there are sniffing around the program lately...I doubt he was ineligible this whole time.
