Maybe it was because every year he was there you'd hear about how awesome his spring and workouts in the summer were and how huge and fast he was, but only thing he seemed to accomplish was taking out Ginn in the championship game.

TB wasn't the greatest to wear the scarlet & gray, but he doesn't belong on this list, he led the Bucks to a National Title game.DaBrowns41 wrote: Kevin Houser- FB/TE

Jay Richardson- DE

Jamario O'Neal- S/CB
As for Dustin Fox, and Derek Ross... What problem did you have with them? Fox was very good for us.
Ray Small is on the fence for me.

Eugene Clifford. Apparently, he transferred to Tennessee State. According to several scouts, he was supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

How about someone like Mike D'Andrea? Remember the big recruiting race for him? He never really panned out, and a no-name, what were they thinking recruit from that class, AJ Hawk, became a Buckeye legend.

Clifford was a good one. Got in trouble before the title game in '08 and I don't think he ever got out of the dog house.
D'Andrea had a crazy freak rash if major knee injuries

LOL take you some time to think of all the names?? But cant agree with Mangold being on thereosudarby08 wrote: What a star studded offense...I can see it now:
QB- Scott "People actually wanted him to be QB when Krenzel was doing back but realized he was awful" McMullen
RB- Lydell "I need a tampon" Ross
RB- Maurice "I cant even handle a tampon in my vagina because it hurts too much" Wells
we would run a double TE Set:
TE- Ryan "I can catch everything " Hamby
TE-Louis "I was supposed to be sweet but I like going to jail" Irizzary
LT- Alex "I drink a case of beer a day" Boone
LG-Ben "I cant block so Ill just hold" Person
C- Nick "Im nowhere near the GOAT" Mangold (I'm ready for the bitching about this)
RG- Bryant "I'm not as shitty as I was as a Tackle" Browning
RT- Steve "I need proactiv as well as some facial hair to not look like im 10" Rehring
I'm going to hell. But since I go to Ohio State and pay them my money I should get to say whatever I want.

Wasn't too bad if he found himself playing in the NFL. More than other OSU offensive linemen can say.heinieg71 wrote: Shane Olivea. OMG he was bad.

Bellisari would have likely been an All-American at a safety position. It was more like watching Cooper and O-coordinator try to outdumb each other by leaving him terribly out of position his entire career at OSU.Manhattan Buckeye wrote: It starts and ends with Bellisari, his bro was a great LB, and he was a good special teams player, but my God what a difficult time watching him and Austin Mocherman (sp.?) try to see who could out craptacular each other.
My vote is Ben Person. I believe he set an NCAA career record for most false starts by a single player.

I think some of you guys are shying away from the topic of "How did these guys get starting jobs".
Some of the guys listed were just highly touted prospects (Clifford, Iziarry, etc.) that just messed up.
