This is the kind of person who needs to be able to use as many of his resources as possible, because he has proven that he can be truly responsible in helping those who live without.

People like this are the kind of people I trust to take care of the community far more than any central government entity, and it is frustrating to know that any American who would try to do the same would be as handcuffed as they would be because they'd be paying so much in taxes to a far less efficient bureaucracy claiming it's trying to do the same thing (but plainly doing a much poorer job).

Do they show up in the Mod forum? Else, how do I approve them? I'm happy to help in that way.
