I am a Sprint user (I know, but we get a nice discount from my wife's work). Looking at getting a new phone. Which would you choose between the iPhone 4S and the Samsung Galaxy S ll, Epic 4G Touch and why?

Honestly, you should go to a Sprint store and play with phones to see what you like.

Maybe I've missed it, but where does your iPhone hate stem from? I have an iPhone, but would never invest in a Macbook or any other Apple product(never even purchased an iPod), because I think they're greatly overpriced. I didn't buy my phone to be a "trendy" Apple guy, I just really liked the iPhone.

Most people get an iPhone because it's the "cool" thing to have. I told a guy I work with that I got an Android phone and he looked at me with great disappointment, like I had just killed a puppy and asked "Why didn't you get the iPhone?"

There's little else I hate more than that.

My father and step mom just got iphones. Only because he has used Apple products for over 20 years. And the iphone can sync with everything he has. I personally have a Droid.

I have a samsung continuum which I think is a smaller version of the galaxy. I like it a lot if that helps at all.

I have had my Samsung Galaxy SII Epic for a couple weeks and while I can't compare it to an iPhone, I do like it very much.

I would suggest the Samsung Galaxy II Epic 4G Touch or the Motorola Photon.
