They said it is from the creators of 300.

I liked what i saw in the previews but when they said from the makers of 300 I am skepticle.

I have never been so let down by a movie before than when I saw 300. I didnt know it was more an adaptation of a comic and not what happened according to history. I had watched on the history channel about the real 300 event and was stoked for the movie.

I thought 300 was awful.

Think they will fuck up a movie like Immortals?

Well I thought 300 was pretty solid. I didn't read the graphic novel and I never compare movies to books in the first place. I have a feeling Immortals will be pretty solid also.

300 was overhyped, but still a solid movie.

300 was great. Your fault for thinking it was supposed to be historically accurate. Look at the director, dumbass. He does a lot of comic book/graphic novel adaptations.

Why is that? It was more fantasyland than actually what historians say what they believe happened. 300 was nothing more than full length video game.

Because it was based on a comic. Maybe you should watch a preview before you go see a movie. idiot.

Yeah, it was my bad. I didnt know until afterwards that it was based on a comic. Hell, I didnt even know the comic existed and if I had known that maybe I would have looked into it more. History channel will often run a series when movies come out like this to tell what history said happen and that is what I expected.

Yeah, it was my bad totally. I used that DVD as an ice scraper last winter.

Very few movies are 100 percent historically accurate in the first place. I thought 300 was entertaining from the beginning to end and it wasn't that bad of a movie actually. I also like the way they make graphic novel movies such as 300 and Sin City.

Yeah, I know that hollywood takes many liberties in movies, no doubt about that, but 300 was so far from what history says what happened.
BUt like I and others have said, it is my fault that I didnt research it a little bit better and know it was based on the comic book and not the historical version of what happened.

I totally take the blame. I know that some people agree with me but for the most part I am the minority that is for sure.

300 was just okay for me. I didn't hate it, but I certainly didn't think it was great either.

The Immortals looks cool, I'll definitely check it out.
