Does anyone else have the same bad feeling in their stomach that this is the week that Chris Johnson gets "on track" against the Browns 30th ranked rush defense?

Yep, just said that at work today. I have a major fear of a long run...like a 70+ yard one

Yep...just like Cedrick Benson. Shut him down for most of the game and then "BANG" he busts off a long run. They asked Haden if he could catch CJ if he broke free and Haden said "ehhhh....ummmm....if my hamstrings were REALLY loose....probably not."wes_mantooth;916355 wrote:Yep, just said that at work today. I think Chris Johnson is way overpaid....not elite. But he had kick ass speed. I fear that our quick linebackers will over pursue and then a cut back will burn us big time

I don't think CJ is elite either but he IS fast as Hell. Fast as Hell back vs slow defense (typically) = BAD THINGS.wes_mantooth;916363 wrote:I think Chris Johnson is way overpaid....not elite. With Britt out they are going to probably heavily focus on feeding the ball to CJ.

Exactly. Britt's injury leaves Washington their #1 WR which Haden should shut down. Their TE could be dangerous for the Browns safeties but I expect mucho CJ.like_that;916397 wrote:With Britt out they are going to probably heavily focus on feeding the ball to CJ.

let me remind you of something.....keep the ball in the hands of your best player....in this case, the best player in football...BR1986FB;916403 wrote:Exactly. You may have explained this before but what is the deal with Hasselbeck?wes_mantooth;916477 wrote:let me remind you of something.....keep the ball in the hands of your best player....in this case, the best player in football...

Haha, nothing really to it other than he is my favorite NFL player. It all stems from his botched overtime game against the packers years ago. he and the Seahawks were fun to watch.

92.3 had Frank Wychek on this morning. He's a commentator for the Tits. He felt defensively the Browns could go one-on-one against the receivers and cheat TJ Ward up into the box to contain CJ. Sounded like he wasn't expecting a lot out of the TENN passing game. He seems scared shitless of Phil Taylor.
Offensively, Wychek made it seem like the Browns offense was ALL about Hillis.
