At least with Tressel, I would be confidant that a young team would improve throughout the season, not sure if I can even expect that with the Bollman and Fickell show. They seem content collecting paychecks, and just going through the motions until they are ran out of town in January...

Also, I think Bollman just needs to be relieved of his play calling duties. I'd prefer he just be gone from the program all together effective immediately.
