Quiet Riot--Metal Health. First tape that I purchased on my own.
Metalicca--Master of Puppets. When I started to really get into that type of music.
Guns and Roses. I actually wore that tape out and had to buy a second one. On the flipside, GNR Patience was probably most anticipated album and I initially was let down because it was so different. After awhile I grew to love those diff type of sound.
Frand Sinatra--its a compilation of his greatest hits. Pretty much ushered me into the old age of music where I started to appreciate lyrics, and the playing of instruments and the old time sound.
NWA.....STraight outta compton. As a youngster going through the gangsta phase as I grew up in the rough and tumble west side of town...

That's because you're shitty at listening to music.ernest_t_bass;904606 wrote:I think that I miss the days where I actually listened to and remembered the "albums." In the age of MP3's, it's even heavier instant gratification, going only to the songs I like, creating playlists full only songs I like.

This still gets heavy rotation in my truck. You can download it for free off of livemixtapes.com! Very underrated album.

First CD I bought in 1990.

The one cd that didn't leave the cd player in my car for close to a year.

Flagstaff, Snow Bowl and The Cure.
