I sure do.

I figured a 3-4 loss season. Now it might be 5.. 6 points against Miami? Come on.

I think you miss the winning as opposed to missing them.

I miss Tressel; I don't miss Pryor. While he was a great player... he just was too dumb (both his life choices and actual intelligence based upon his comments).

Definitely miss Tress. I miss Pryor's abilities, but not the person.

It's going to be a long, long season. Frankly, I think we're in for 2 or 3 years of pathetic.

I miss neither. I miss experienced people at those positions. Players and coaches come and go.

Lots of emotional, knee-jerk reactions to one game. It was definitely one of the ugliest offensive performances I've ever watched, but I'm convinced we are done with Bauserman. Nowhere to go but up from here on out. And the addition of a top 10 WR and top 10 OT will help tremendously. I'm also looking forward to getting Boom back into the mix.

I don't think so...Tressel lied to protect his players, and IMO, to cover for someone that had more to lose than himself; Pryor lied (amongst other things) for selfish reasons, period.

It might seem hypocritical but it's very understandable.

Not at all.

Pryor was all about Pryor. PERIOD

Tressel was not only about Tressel, but also his players. He made some stupid choices. Yes, mostly to save his job but also to protect his players IMHO.

Tress was golden to me until the Tattooed Five. But I'd still be OK with him calling the shots on the sidelines even now.

I hope Pryor rots on the NFL sidelines with Maurice Clarette.

I don't miss Pryor because he felt entitled. I don't miss Tressel because he was a fraud.

I'm ready to move on.

I want all of JT's coaches gone, including Fickell and Heacock.

If the new coach wants to keep Drayton and Vrable, I'm fine with that.

Everyone else needs to go.

I truly hope Meyer wants the job, because I think he'll right the ship in one season.

If not, I'd throw everything at Peterson to see if he'll come to Columbus.

This is what happens when winning is more important than integrity!
Tress has been a liar as records demonstrate. Great coach but the big money influenced his character.

Tress led the Buckeyes to 1 NC, 2 other appearances in NC games, 8 BCS bowls, 6 BIG championships less a vacated title last season, and an over 106-22 record less 12 wins vacated from the 2010 season.

If you think for a moment that money doesn't effect character and integrity among coaching staffs in ALL elite Division 1 programs you're naive.

Am I defending it? Nope.

The difference is Tress publicly talked a good game about honesty/integrity/character in his program which put a huge bullseye on his back. He got caught with his hands in the cookie jar while his peers in the $EC, for example, basically get ignored.

Unfortunately it has been and always will be about the money. If the next Buckeye coach fails to perform, this fact will become painfully obvious.

I've heard if Meyer is hired Vrabel and Drayton will be the only two kept on...

Vrabel's role on a Meyer staff would depend on if Charlie Strong keeps his job past this season. If he does Vrabel would most likely be Meyer's DC....if Strong is fired he would be the the DC and Vrabel would stay as LB coach

I don't believe it for 1 second. Vrabel is nowhere ready to be a DC. Either way he is the LB coach. If Meyer is hired, I think he possibly asks Fickell to stay on as DC, Vrabel as LB, and probably Drayton. No way does any coach ask Vrabel to be DC

I know Peterson is PSU's No.1 choise to replace JoePa. Wonder if that is why Peterson hasn't taken other big-time jobs he has been offered (Michigan,Florida)
