My grandpa make homebrew all the time .,, my first drunk at 9 years old.
I should have paid attention but I didn't to how he made it
I wish I had that big ceramic vat where he would ferment the brew in .. He made it in the basement and we would bottle it down there also.

Today is a brewday. Milk stout is currently boiling. Smells amazing. Did mini-mash for this one.

I'm making the apfelwein tonight before the Jets game starts. Should only take about 30 minutes from start to finish.
