You have to asked yourself a few questions before passing judgment on the officer.
1. Was the victim black?
2. What was the brand of beer?
3. Was he eating a double stuffed taco?
4. Was the restaurant open or did he break in?
5. Where did he get the money to purchase the taco?
And now the biggest question that needs answered, why aren't we reading about this cop getting his ass beat when he left for work the next day?

Seriously how fucking stupid are people in law enforcement/the judicial system? I hope this guy gets a lot of moeny. Also I can't wait for Ender to see this. I will love to hear his opinions.

Don't sweep-kick people for minor infractions that they deny and then refuse them medical attention, you don't get sued.

The guy does sound like a smartass though. Some of those quotes sound like an Onion story.

Two things.

First, I think this story is a joke. Like, literally made for laughs.

Second, if someone actually said that it is by no means reason to sweep kick them let alone do it hard enough to break their leg and then deny them medical attention. If the story isn't a joke and is true the victim deserves whatever settlement he gets and the officer and judge should not be allowed to do what they do anymore.

However, I think it's a joke. Which is why I posted it because the taco shit is gold.

Assuming this is real (and I think that it is not) ...

1. You honestly think that's "talking shit?" That's making a smart remark.

2. Smart remarks like this are protected under free speech.

3. The cop is a dumbass for having to ask the question.

4. The cop is a dumbass for thinking he would get away with his actions.

5. The cop is a pussy for not sticking to his case after it was learned that the man was injured.

6. The cop needs fired before he does something stupid, like shoot himself in the leg.
