Divine intervention.

Okay, so that should have said 30% ND's secondary being bad.

Have you seen Wisconsin this year?

I don't even know how to explain the roller coaster of emotion I went through during the last few minutes of that game.

From one extreme to the other and back. I was watching as much as I could in the green room back stage. And it's a good thing I was there, or I would have broken some serious shit at my house.

But this is what I love about college football. People get so invested in their teams that a game like this literally breaks your heart when you're on the wrong side of it. Hats off to Denard. The kid is tough as shit.

And if Danny McCarthy isn't starting next week at safety, I will be convinced that he has taken out his dick and slapped Brian Kelly in the face with it. There is no other reason why he is sitting and those two ass clowns back there are getting all the time.

Yeah but I like the speed and athleticism the Spartans have on D better. Wisconsin really doesn't have too much speed on D

I don't think Michigan State will be able to run on Notre Dame.

I think people may be taking too much out of the final quarter. That defense was painful, no doubt. But they did hold Michigan to three first downs in the first half, and 7 points (on another ridiculous reception) through the first three quarters.

Thank God better matchups are coming up. Denard was a freak tonight.

Brian Kelly basically agreed that they aren't good enough in terms of execution and that's what matters. That's pretty much all that really needs to be said at this point.

One of the most, if not THE most, entertaining games I've ever watched, featuring two of the most inept, anemic defenses at the major FBS level. Also, ND should produce a video on how NOT to play cornerback, featuring Gary Gray--how many times did that young man get burnt? smh

Yeah thats pretty much what I said about Kelly and his coaching staff after they lost to S.Florida.

Three things that surprised me about Notre Dame...

1. This really isn't a surprise after last week, but the turnovers in the redzone (3 correct?). That's at least 9 points right there for the Irish. I actually EXPECTED turnovers when they got in the redzone because of what happened to them last week. Still, the lack of execution when it counts is crazy.

2. The punt team in general. I've coach freshmen football for almost 5 years and have a better long snapper than that...WTF. The punter got maybe 1 good punt off all night. There has to be someone on the sidelines that can boot it deep.

3. Adidas, WTF. I forget who it was, but one of ND's Dlinemen had the entire top of his jersey ripped away; the shoulders up anyway. They showed a shot of him before one play, and you could see his entire shoulder pad. That was just crazy.

Floyd is going to make some NFL team/WR coach VERY HAPPY next year. I'm just glad that fuker is gone after this season.

regarding point #3, that was Kapron Lewis-Moore. You think he got held much? (especially on the play from the Michigan 6 where he was called for roughing the passer?)

Eh, that made up for the phantom pass interference in the endzone on Michigan. ;)

I did hate the call on 3rd and 1 with that miserable deep handoff. Michigan ate that shit up on more than occasion last night. That's shit Weis used to do.

Wisky did look great against UNLV. Of course, so did Washington State yesterday. But Wisky did look good against Oregon State, too, just like Sac St did last week.

Yeah you'd think after the first two times they could have come up with something different. The quick pitch play that Wood scored on against Miami would have been pretty effective considering Michigan was sending about 8 people into the A gap.

Yep, should have put the game away in the first half. They had every opportunity to open up like a 28 point lead but just kept spinning their tires.

Denard's receivers were freaks, all he did was toss the ball up and his guys went up and got it.

Michigan coaching was AWFUL last night. Denard could have run the zone read EVERY snap but they chose o only run it 5-6 times. Too much first down passing. DBs playing too far off corners. NO SAFETIES on NDs go ahead touchdown. Its a good thing Denard Robinson and his WRS came to play or the UM coaches would have coached that game away.

for real...if you arent going to use Robinson to the best of his abilities, then put Devin Gardner under center and find ways to get Denard the ball in space.

Gary gray Gave Michigan atleast 3 tds. He was absolutely awful. Zeke motta should never see the field he fucking blows. I saw fuck it and let's see what golhson or Hendrix can do. And why did we continue to not run wood in the 2nd half? They couldn't stop him. Unfucking real
