It was a 35-31 game. lol

Bobcats sit atop the MAC East but those narrow Buffalo and Ball State losses loom big. Ohio is now bowl eligible.

Great game and great atmosphere at Peden Stadium last night. Also great spirit uptown at the bars! Go Bobcats!

Great game to watch last night. Puts OU in a much better situation. They're bowl eligible, which means they'll probably make one, since there's no way the major conferences can fill all their spots since the bowls are so watered down now.

Reps for admitting OU's bowl will be watered-down trash.

I don't think I'll ever be accused of being an OU fanboy, but I can't really agree that they are irrelevant. They are bowl eligible already. Obviously the MAC isn't up to AQ standards, but I think sneezing at 6 wins is pretty stupid.

As a Buckeye fan, I'd be curious to see what happened had they played earlier this season. If OU would have beaten us, Ohio Stadium would have burned down

43-28 winners over CMU tonight... win next week over BG coupled with a Miami loss to WMU would give them the East.

Otherwise, it would come down to the OU/Miami game on the 22nd, with a potential 3 way clusterfuck resulting if Miami, OU, and Temple all have 3 losses and Miami beats OU (tiebreak could have all with 3 losses... OU beating Temple, Temple beating Miami, and Miami beating OU)

Like I said, OU should never have lost to Buffalo or Ball State. Even one win in those 2 games would have just about locked it up for the Bobcats.

They had defensive injuries, but yeah. They could have their half locked up and just be waiting to see if it's NIU or Toledo they play in the championship. Shit happens. As long as they keep winning, those losses won't matter in the end.

Yeah, there is no really good reason for this team not to be 9-1 right now.

People who write "reps" online are dorks of a severe nature. They, and their bretheren who use terms like "fail" or "pwned" or "this" as complete sentences are pathetic.

It's too bad it didn't because this thread doesn't belong on the front page.
