Good lord is AOL horrendous. I logged into my AOL to check my email account (because it's been awhile), and man is there email service horrendous. It is nothing but a bunch of spam emails and advertisement-after-advertisement. I sent an email and as soon as the message was delivered, up pops this advertisement to go see X-Men: First Class playing in theaters in Cleveland. Wow. Really? All I wanted to do was send an email. I didn't want to be solicited for a movie.

GMail is head-and-shoulders above the competition. Best email client there is.

Fuckin Netscape Navigator freezes every time I go to this site. Once I upgrade to 56k I hope the PS/1 will be able to handle it.

Thinking about upgrading from Walkman to Discman. Should I spend a little extra and get one with ESP or does that drain the battery too fast? How is the sound quality of CDs?

my parents honestly still log into AOL... I cannot fucking stand it. They are like "what? it's the same thing - I'm comfortable with it" - they're not even that old, and they have their own fucking business. Ugh. SMMFH.

Don't laugh. I was about to try Netscape Navigator to see if it works better than Chrome on this site for me.

Same here. I really wish I could get my mother to use Gmail as opposed to AOL. It's soooooo much better. SMH.

No joke. My wife and I were at the Reds game on Wednesday and we were sitting at one of the tables in the concourse along the 3rd base long. There wasn't much of a crowd and this dude comes struttin' along with big headphones around his neck. Attached to the headphones was a discman. It was fantastic. He was just some dorky looking white guy stuck in 1998 or something.

I was screwing around with it and I think he has javascript turned off. I was sort of able to duplicate his issues when I turned it off, at least.

I think I am going to get a BetaMax video recording machine. My friends tell me to get VHS format, but I really think that Beta is the way to go!
