Marcus Lattimore is IMO the leader.

Rainey is the Walter Camp national offensive player of the week. He won't win the Heisman though. He won't have big games vs the tough teams.

Crazy stat taken from Rivals winners and losers from today: Robert Griffin has thrown more touchdown passes (13) than incompletions (12) through his first three games of the season.
Him and Lattimore have to be 1-2 at this point. Luck, Moore, and Russell Wilson would round out my top 5.

Northwestern had a bye, so Persa was not able to accumulate any stats for this week.
His stats: 0 yds, 0 TDs, and 0 INTs

P.S, you know what you shouldn't give a rest to? That explanation we've all been dying for--why Boise State would be a great addition to a BCS conference LOL

Never knew until yesterday that this kid is almost 28. If he won the Heisman, he would be a few months younger than when Weinke won it.gerb131;909974 wrote:Brandon Weeden should get some love.

Eh, he's had a couple good weeks...against AWFUL opponents...Nevada, Missouri State., Arizona. That 53yd. rushing game vs. LSU in week 1 will hurt a lot I thinkFootwedge;910005 wrote:LeMichael James to the front of the class.

if he keeps putting up the video game numbers against the rest of the Big 12 competition, he's a lock.Early Cuyler;916688 wrote:Robert Griffin III

He likely will, since the only team that played defense in the B12 left (Nebraska)dazedconfused;916710 wrote:if he keeps putting up the video game numbers against the rest of the Big 12 competition, he's a lock.

I know I said earlier that defensive men dont ever have a shot, but I guess his name should be mentioned. He's still playing tough each week and had a fumble return for a td today.karen lotz;883789 wrote:Tyrann Mathieu will be in the mix if he keeps making plays like he did against Oregon.
