Lol you'll turn any situation into walts fault

Sappelt is a CF correct? Is our CF 7/9? A day to learn the team....lol
3/10 with a homer. Not a good day to sit Stubbs.

Who's fault is it they waited too long to bring up talent? Have you watched the moves this team has made since the deadline last year?

Alonso in LF experiment is over, moving on to 3B.jordo212000;855396 wrote:Dusty seriously makes absolutely NO sense sometimes. The young guys have been huge since they have been up here. Sometimes it seems like they are the only guys who seem to care. This season looks pretty bleak at this point. I'm not sure why we're wasting ABs on a veteran who isn't a big league starter.
Play Sappelt and Alonso everyday until Alonso's outfield defense no longer allows it. Use Lewis to spell Bruce and the rookie combo.

Walt and Dusty both suck. That is a fact.

Stubbs with an awful AB. Another one of those times where he looks like he has no clue

Looks like the Lewis move paid off.
Can't believe Stubbs hasn't figured out 2 strike hitting. He always looks curve when behind in the count, you can never be successful that way.

Tonight's storyline? Sappelt.
So, Sappelt is obviously on the bench

People are saying that the season is lost. There is no sense in devoting PT to guys who aren't long term solutions. Play the young guys so we can find out if they are solutionsLooks like the Lewis move paid off.

My grandmother with no bat at the plate gets the same result other than Bruce having to slow down his trot as granny has a new hip.

Bruce got lucky...down 0-2 with horrible approach and then pulls a down and slightly away curve into the seats...silly strength but lucky IMO.

Yeah, I 100% agree. That's not Dusty's priority though, he's coaching for a job next season, whether it be in Cincinnati or elsewhere. The long term plans are determined by the GM, his assistants, and the ownership.

Like many others, some great, some good and some eh.....Seth Smith kills the Reds.
Vegas had Reds as pretty big favorites...but CarGo and Tulo kill the Reds and Helton is hitting.

The sad thing is, I'm of the opinion that the young guys give us a better chance to win than most of the older guysPeople are saying that the season is lost. There is no sense in devoting PT to guys who aren't long term solutions. Play the young guys so we can find out if they are solutions
