Seems as the officials of this site keep removing my posts becasue they have a hard time handling the truth. No problem. Hey orrville fans, see you at the games. I will post the troubles within the NW program on the other site. its not a rumor ya'll it did happen!!!

The 'officials' of this site just follow the rules of this site. Perhaps you may have another look if you need refreshed?

3. No spreading rumors or making baseless accusations.

Provide a link or something and the 'story' stays. Besides, this is supposed to be about a football game. What does some kids getting in trouble have to do with the game? Absolutely nothing. If you enjoy creating drama, then perhaps the other place is a better fit for you anyways. These are just high school kids. Their personal lives are none of anyone's business.

This is just going to be another great game in a backyard rivalry.....no matter if everyone is playing or not, who cares? It is week one of Ohio high school football!! High expectations for both of these teams and we will see the best from both schools.

GO Orrville!

Kids getting in trouble have nothing to do with the game? Just checking the one NW fan that says how focused they are and have great Senior leadership which i suppose has nothing to do with the game either? They are so focused on football they got caught doing something they shouldnt. Dont care if you hate me. And in fact I cheer for NW 9 weeks out of the year due to the fact that my son goes there but thats not football related either although he plays peewee there. It affected Orrville in 09 and not saying it will have anything to do with the outcome here but it is what it is. Now back to football? Lets talk about the first game which is on August 26th but shoot thats not football related either as its about a calendar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sensitive much? Maybe this just isn't the place for you. Hate you? Because you had a post moderated? Grow up fella. Talk about football. You aren't making posts like that over here unless you have a link or something to back it up. End of story, get over it.

It is unfortunate the kids CHOSE to put themselves before the team.....we have two weeks before the first game...their are no guarantees the Red Riders won't have some kids who CHOOSE to make the same mistake. We are not passing judgement here because we have no stones to cast but to say it is not part of the conversation of the game is a little unrealistic if you have that many players sitting out. Good news is that there is no better avenue to teach a life lesson here for Coach Vic.....you just hope it sticks. Good luck NW.....we've been there.

Whuh?? 8 starters?

Honestly, I hope that's not true. I want a win, but not this way.

The harsh reality in light of rescent years past...the misfortunes of poor decision making by the NW kids may/should serve as a motivator and lesson for the Orrville kids (aactually all kids) that you are not untouchable and someone will get caught!!! Keep your noses clean and prepare for the season! You have you whole lives to "party", embrace your youth and playing days, they will be gone in a blink of an eye!

I personally just had a talk with my son last night (who does not play football, only wrestles) and reassured that he does understand the athletic code of conduct and most importantly "Mom and Dads" code of conduct!!!!! (I cited the NW situation as an example of consequences)...

On another note: Orrville possibly gets an easy win week 1...and when NW starters get back...they come back pissed off and hungry....winning out and being the points cow that help Orrville win the region!

If it is any consolation we went thru this in '09 with suspensions and injuries. We scrapped our way into the playoffs and had one heckuva ride. Yes, it is disappointing but not the end of the world.

You hate to see anything like this happen, but atleast it is at the start of the year and not week 10 or in the playoffs. Like 5knots said, it happened to us in 09 and we had a great season after things settled down and we had our entire team out on the field.
